Gayle Welter

Gayle Welter is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At NCMIC, Gayle held the position of Senior Marketing Communications Manager from October 2006 until retirement, focusing on brand positioning strategies and budget management. Previous roles include Director of Marketing & Communication at The Members Group, Communication Manager at Principal Financial Group, and Marketing Publications Coordinator at Farm Bureau Financial Services, among others. Gayle also served as a past board member of Home Opportunities Made Easy, Inc. and holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Drake University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa.
