Alicia Berkitt has extensive work experience in various industries. Alicia started their career as an Operations Manager at LexisNexis from July 1999 to March 2005. Alicia then worked as an HR Generalist at Bass, Berry & Sims from February 2005 to July 2006. Alicia worked at Kroll as an Operations Manager from July 2006 to August 2010, where they managed multiple fulfillment centers and implemented strategies to improve operational systems. Alicia then served as the Director of Operations at Kroll from August 2010 to July 2013, overseeing fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, India, and the Philippines. At Fidelity National Information Services, Alicia was an Operations Manager in the Retail Division from July 2013 to July 2014, responsible for managing print vendor relationships and developing tactical and strategic plans for processing operations. Alicia then worked as an Operations Manager at UnitedHealth Group from July 2014 to December 2014, managing a team of HEDIS Compliance Nurse Reviewers and providing clinical quality management services. Alicia joined symplr in December 2014 as a Manager of Implementation and later became a Senior Manager of Services until July 2019. At symplr, they managed a team of Client Relationship Specialists and oversaw software implementations for various products. Currently, Alicia is the VP of Customer Support at Ncontracts, a leading risk and vendor management software and services provider. In this role, they help banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders assess, manage, and mitigate various risks, such as internal threats and contract management.

Alicia Berkitt completed their M.B.A. in Human Resources at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1997 to 2000.
