Jake Talbott

Jake Talbott, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jake most recently worked as the Director of Customer Enablement at Ncontracts since January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Workiva, including Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Team Manager - Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Before that, Jake worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, Manager of General Merchandise and Assistant Store Manager at Hy-Vee, Inc., Dispatcher/Driver at CyRide, and Event Staff at Iowa State University Alumni Association. Jake also served as the Store Director at Circuit City, Executive Team Leader at Target, and Store Manager at FAO Schwarz for several years.

Jake Talbott, MBA, holds a Professional MBA degree from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Jake also completed a Marketing Certificate during the same period from the same institution. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business from 2009 to 2011. Their earlier education includes studying Biological Sciences at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1998 to 2002.
