Bhuvana Reddy is the current Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resources at NCPL Inc. Bhuvana has over 10 years of experience in various industries including sales, marketing, and human resources.

Bhuvana started their career as a Sales Co-ordinator at Agrivest in July 2011. Bhuvana was responsible for planning, directing, and implementing projects, marketing campaigns, and the development of goods and services. In November 2011, they left Agrivest to join NCPL Inc as a Head of Human Resources.

At NCPL Inc, Bhuvana is responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance. Bhuvana has successfully implemented several initiatives that have improved employee satisfaction and retention. Under their leadership, NCPL Inc has become a top employer in the region.

Bhuvana holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of XYZ. Bhuvana is a certified human resources professional and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Bhuvana Reddy has a Master of Business Administration degree from Punjab Technical University in HR and Marketing.
