Jennie Kroge

Jenny Kroge has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jennie worked at NCR Voyix as the Vice President of Operational Excellence starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at NCR Corporation as the Chief of Staff for Product and Service Operations from 2021 to 2023. Jennie also worked at Equifax as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for designing and implementing risk management strategies. Additionally, they held the position of Process Improvement Leader at Equifax from 2016 to 2019. Before joining Equifax, they worked at GE in different roles such as Senior Product Manager, Project Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Region Manager for Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance, and in a leadership program for Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance.

Jennie Kroge has a Master of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering & Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Michigan. Jennie also completed multiple leadership courses at GE's Management Development Institute, called Crotonville Alumni. In addition, they obtained a GE Supply Chain Excellence Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 2013. Jennie Kroge also holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GE, a Professional Engineer (PE) from the National Society of Professional Engineers, and a SAFe Agilist Certification from Equifax.
