Natalie Dippenaar

Natalie Dippenaar is currently the Assistant Director of Member Relations for the National Court Reporters Association. Prior to that, they spent five years with Vino Volo, a wine bar/restaurant/retail concept based in airports across the country. Natalie started with Vino Volo as a wine associate in 2010 and was promoted to assistant manager in 2011 and general manager in 2012. In 2013, they were promoted to managing a second larger location and in 2014, they were promoted again to managing multiple locations simultaneously. Natalie was responsible for liaising with airport and corporate office, wine program and cost management, invoice entry and reconciliation, equipment maintenance and contract management, P&L management. Additionally, they managed and selected wines for a wine club program that had 450 members in their region. Natalie also designed, wrote and implemented a 3-level online wine training and certifying program for 400+ employees. From August 2015 to January 2016, they redesigned and developed the company newsletter. In 2016, they assisted in store level requirement definition phase, data mapping and integration with existing software systems for implementation of data mining and restaurant inventory management tool, Ctuit. Natalie was also a test store for new projects: Traincaster, PeopleMatter and Ctuit.

Natalie Dippenaar has a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, and is a certified Association for Digital Marketing (CAE). Natalie also has a certificate in digital marketing from the Association Marketing Academy, and a BSc in computer science from the University of Cape Town. In addition, they have a WSET Level IV diploma in business intelligence and SAS from UC San Diego, and a BCom Honours in business management and economics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
