Anneliese Lederer has a diverse work experience. Anneliese started their career in 2010 as a Student Attorney at Columbus Community Legal Services. In 2011, they worked as a Law Clerk at Tomes, Salter, Nichols, Moody & Gomez. In 2012, they became an Attorney at Lederer Legal LLC, where they collaborated with other attorneys in legal matters.

In 2013, Anneliese joined the National Community Reinvestment Coalition as a Special Assistant to the Chief Program Officer. Their responsibilities included researching and drafting internal reports, analyzing legislation, and researching legal issues. Later, they became the Compliance Manager, coordinating matched-pair testing, reviewing and analyzing tests, and training professionals in fair lending laws. Anneliese eventually became the Director of Fair Lending and Consumer Protection, overseeing daily operations and designing lending testing programs.
