Louis Caditz-Peck serves as Executive Director of the Responsible Business Lending Coalition, focusing on promoting responsible small business financing practices. In addition, Louis holds positions as a Senior Advisor at The Aspen Institute's Business Ownership Initiative and as a Senior Fellow at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, advocating for fairness in lending and empowering business ownership. Previously, Louis contributed to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Consumer Advisory Board and held various roles at LendingClub, including Senior Director of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs, where key initiatives were developed to enhance responsible lending and reduce credit costs. Early career experiences include positions at Kiva and Self-Help, along with community service on the Citizen's Advisory Committee in Middletown. Louis earned an MBA in Finance and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from Wesleyan University.
