Damien Kopp

Damien leads the NEXT Products and Platforms in NCS. The unit includes a product engineering team and the R&D joint lab called Singtel Cognitive Artificial Intelligence Lab for Enterprises (SCALE@NTU), which focuses on creating cutting-edge innovations to help governments and enterprises achieve their organisational goals.

Prior to joining NCS, Damien was the co-founder and Chief Technology & Data Officer at Envolve Data, a Retail Intelligence Platform that brings Big Data, IoT and AI to small businesses to improve their bottom line and identify growth opportunities.

With more than 18 years of experience in digital innovation, product strategy and technology consulting across Europe, North America and Asia, Damien held numerous senior positions in leading organisations such as ADDO AI, BlueFire AI, GoSwiff and Accenture.

A fervent supporter of the Lean Movement on design thinking, experiment-led and learning-driven innovations, he is a seasoned public speaker at industry events and writer in technology publications.

An electrical engineer by training, Damien holds dual Executive MBA graduate at Kellogg School of Management and HKUST.
