Stephanie Matthews

Stephanie Matthews has recently joined NCTech Imaging as a People Manager, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Etihad for several years, holding various HR management roles. Their most recent position at Etihad was as a Manager Employee Services from October 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they served as a Manager HR Services from November 2018 to October 2020. Prior to these roles, they worked as an HR Business Partner from June 2017 to October 2018 and as an HR Graduate Manager from February 2015 to June 2017.

Stephanie Matthews' education history includes a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Edinburgh, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business with Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2009 and 2013. Stephanie completed their high school education at Boroughmuir High School from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the certification of Associate Member (Assoc CIPD) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in November 2014.
