Jodi Aller

Jodi joined NDC Asset Management in 2005 as a Property Manager. During her tenure she has managed multiple Tax Credit properties along with assisting on new lease ups and internal file audits. In January 2021, Jodi joined the Northern Compliance team. She is responsible for auditing and approving files for move-in along with reviewing and submitting reports required by state monitoring agencies. She has an Associate Degree of Science- Legal Assisting.

Jodi holds the following credentials: Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the national Association of Home Builders, TaCCs through Quadel Consulting and National Compliance Professional (NCP) and Site Compliance Specialist (SCS) designation through Elizabeth Moreland Housing Credit College.
