Penny Powers

Penny joined NDC Asset Management in 1997 and oversees the Human Resources functions to the employees of the properties. Penny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Geneva College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from LaRoche University. Penny also has achieved the PHR certification from HRCI and SHRM-CP from SHRM. She has been a member of the local Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA) and the national Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1997. Prior to working at NDC Asset Management, Penny worked in the health care and Mental/Health Mental Retardation field as a Human Resources Director.
