Customer Experience Analyst at Ndovu

Christine Kopiyo has a wealth of work experience in customer service, recruitment, and administration. Christine started their career in 2011 as a Personal Assistant to Prof Walter O. Mwanda at the University of Nairobi. In 2013, they joined EDULINK as a Recruitment and Administrative Officer. In 2014, they became a Customer Service Representative at Yum Deliveries Ltd. In 2015, they joined mElimu Learning Management System as a Trainer and Head of Customer Operations. In their role, they were responsible for providing customer services, general administration, call centre team lead, and updating customer records. Christine also set up the mElimu call centre, trained agents, and created the training documents. In 2021, they joined Ndovu as a Customer Experience Analyst. In this role, they are responsible for proactively initiating customer interactions focused on increasing customer lifetime value, conducting outbound campaigns to educate customers, up-sell products and services, resolve emerging issues, and action customer requests. Christine also pioneered the establishment of the Customer Service department.

Christine Kopiyo attended Kenya Institute of Management from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Loreto Convent Valley Road from 2004 to 2007. Christine has additional certifications in Digital Learning Strategy from Gateway Academy+ (obtained in September 2018), Customer Service from ICX Kenya, and elice.
