Mary Beth Szydlowski is an experienced professional in the field of health and safety within educational settings. Currently serving as the Senior Health and Safety Specialist at the National Education Association since September 2024, Szydlowski leads initiatives focused on promoting safe and healthy environments in PreK-12 schools and higher education. Previously, as the Associate Director for Healthy and Supportive Schools at Advocates for Youth from June 2014 to August 2024, Szydlowski oversaw extensive projects across more than 40 education agencies.
