Marlon Lutfiyya

Marlon Lutfiyya has a diverse work experience in the legal industry. Marlon began their career as an Attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined Winston & Strawn LLP as an Attorney from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Marlon served as the Director of Inclusion & Professional Development at Husch Blackwell. Currently, they are the Director of Talent & Diversity at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, a position they have held since 2018.

Marlon Lutfiyya pursued their education by attending Yale University from 1993 to 1997, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Marlon later enrolled at New York University School of Law, where they studied from 2000 to 2003, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on law.
