Robin Pryor

Robin Pryor is a System Analyst at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP since October 2016. Prior to this, Robin held positions at ProviNET Solutions including being a Sr. Help Desk Coordinator. In this role, Robin mentored help desk personnel, provided guidance, and work leadership. Robin is highly proficient in various systems, hardware, and software and possesses the ability to troubleshoot and assist users with various systems issues. Additionally, Robin has experience in managing projects, writing technical documentation, and maintaining excellent customer relations. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology, Robin is also able to provide advanced level support for Tier 1 team members.
