Courtney Symons has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a strong background in providing sound advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. Courtney has held roles in various organizations, where Courtney has been involved in recruitment, performance management, policy development, and workplace investigations. Courtney has also been actively involved in implementing human resource policies, managing performance reviews, and developing training programs. Courtney holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor Business in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations from RMIT University.
