Rohan Shah is a seasoned professional in the fields of machine learning and biostatistics, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Nearmap since June 2021. Rohan's previous experience includes roles as a Visiting Scientist at CSIRO, a Data Scientist at the Children's Medical Research Institute, and a Biostatistician at CSIRO, where Rohan held various positions over several years, including part-time and casual roles. Rohan began academic pursuits with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Monte Carlo Methods from The University of Queensland and holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Western Australia.
