Luis Leal

Luis Leal has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Luis started their career as a Software Development Consultant at TIVIT LATAM in 2013, where they fixed and enhanced the clients' main application responsible for energy billing. After that, they worked as a Software Developer at SproutLoud Media Networks from 2016 to 2020, where they enhanced and fixed existing PHP applications and developed and maintained PostgreSQL database objects for business-to-business marketing programs. In 2020, Luis joined Talent.com as a Backend Developer, where they created and maintained different projects within an Agile environment. Luis then worked as a Software Developer at MILL5 from 2021 to 2023, specializing in software development. Currently, Luis is a Software Engineer at NearShore Technology, starting in 2023.

Luis Leal's education history begins in 1998 when they enrolled at Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander. Luis pursued a degree in Systems Engineering and completed their studies in 2003. In 2012, Luis attended the Oracle SQL School for specialized training in PL-SQL, Oracle DBA, Golden Gate, and RAC DBA. Luis earned the certification of Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate. In 2014, Luis obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from San Diego Global Knowledge University. Lastly, in 2017, they acquired the SAFe 4 Certified Practitioner qualification from Scaled Agile.
