Paola Negrete

Paola Negrete's work experience began in 2003 as a HR - Staffing Trainee at American Express. Paola then worked as a HR Trainee at Axtel in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Recruiter at Adecco, where they achieved exceptional results as part of the #1 branch nationwide. In 2007, they joined Accenture as an IT Recruiter. Later that year, they became a Sr IT Recruiter at Grupo Cinte, where they ranked among the top three recruiters based on monthly evaluations. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at 4th Source as a Staffing Coordinator/Lead, leading a team of 10 recruiters across multiple locations. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Staffing Manager at Sintesys OS before joining NearShore Technology, where they held various roles including Staffing Manager, Senior Recruiting Manager, and Client Interface, Sr. Manager - Staffing. Currently, they are the Partner Success Senior Manager at NearShore Technology.

Paola Negrete obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Simón Bolívar (MX) between the years 2000 and 2004. In September 2022, they received a certification in "Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success" from Kellogg Executive Education.
