Silvia Ordoñez

Silvia Ordoñez has work experience in two companies. From May 2017 to July 2019, they worked at NearShore Technology as a Project Coordinator and then as a Project Manager. In August 2019, they continued their role as a Project Manager at the same company. Prior to that, from April 2002 to July 2019, Silvia worked at Secretaría de Educación del Gobierno del Estado de Yucatán. Silvia'sroles included Coordinator of Development of Information Systems, Leader of Projects, Administrator of IT Projects, and Responsible for the Electronic Archive.

Silvia Ordoñez has a diverse education history with a focus on project management and information technology. Silvia obtained a Copywriter Certification in Digital Marketing from Big Bang Conversion in 2021. In 2013, they completed a program in Advanced English at Berlitz and earned a credential in Project Management from PMI. In 2006, they received training in Information Technology Service Administration (ITIL Master) from Customer Care Associates. Silvia also holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Anáhuac Mayab, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Silvia'searliest formal education was a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida, earned from 1990 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Silvia has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they earned a Verified Certificate from edX for the course "Liderazgo femenino: potencia tus habilidades e impulsa el cambio." In 2020, they obtained two Scrum Foundation Professional Certificates from CertiProf.
