Au J.

Au J. has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They began their career as a Recruitment Assistant at NEARSOL in February 2017, before progressing to the role of Recruitment Specialist in May 2017. In August 2018, Au J. became the Recruitment POC at NEARSOL, and later transitioned to the position of Talent Acquisition Supervisor in December 2018. Their most recent role at NEARSOL is as the Talent Acquisition Manager for PH, which they have held since October 2021.

In addition to their work at NEARSOL, Au J. briefly worked as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at F. Gurrea Construction, Inc. in January and February 2017.

Prior to their recruitment and talent acquisition roles, Au J. gained experience as a Manager/Online Tutor at Leaders' Talk Online Tutorial from June 2014 to January 2016. Their responsibilities included teaching English as a Second Language to foreign students, preparing class discussions, assessing and evaluating students and teachers, providing training and development for teachers, and implementing strategies.

Au J. had a brief opportunity to work abroad in Korea but was unable to do so due to insufficient proof of entry documentation.

Au J. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Iloilo between the years 2010 and 2012. Additionally, in May 2019, Au J. obtained a certification in "Attendance: How to be an Engaging Leader" from the People Management Association of the Philippines.
