Jasmine Liu

Jasmine Liu is the current Chief Compliance Officer at Neat. Prior to this, they were with Ping An OneConnect Bank (Hong Kong) Limited from January 2019 to June 2019 as their CCO. Jasmine has also worked with PayPal as their Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Director from May 2016 to March 2018, where they were also the UNITY Committee Leader. Other notable companies Jasmine has worked for include BNP Paribas Securities Services, where they were Head of Compliance and Control from May 2010 to June 2015, and State Street Bank, where they were a Senior Compliance Officer from January 2007 to December 2010.

Jasmine Liu has a Blockchain Strategy Program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor's Degree from University of South Australia. Jasmine is also certified by the Australian Institute of Company Directors as a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors and by the Blockchain Intelligence Group as a Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI).
