Mark Filipowicz

Mark Filipowicz is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in high precision tooling and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Neatleaf since January 2022, Mark also founded Mark's Custom Stuff, offering consulting services in mechanical engineering. Previously, Mark held principal engineering roles at II-VI Incorporated and Oclaro, focusing on R&D tooling and process automation for optical products. Additional experience includes consulting positions at Capella Photonics and BaySpec, as well as a long tenure at Polcraft Inc., where Mark specialized in EDM and machining.
