Jerry Nguyen

Jerry Nguyen has a strong background in information technology (IT) support and management. Jerry began their career at Genesis Microchip in 2005 as a Desktop Support Specialist, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at STMicroelectronics as a Desktop Systems Specialist, managing Symantec Admin System Center and ensuring proper equipment setup for new hires. In 2008, they joined ShoreTel as a Senior IT Service Desk Specialist, providing support for end-users and executive staff and managing hardware and software deployments. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Neato Robotics as a Senior Information Technology Engineer, where they continue to provide IT support. Overall, Jerry has a wide range of experience in IT support and management roles.
