Shruthi R has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shruthi started their career as a Recruiter at Infosys Ltd in 2005, where they were responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidate applications and conducting preliminary screenings. Shruthi then moved on to Siemens, where they worked as an HR Generalist from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they joined SRS Consulting Inc in 2013 as an HR Specialist, primarily focusing on immigration processes and handling H-1B applications and Green Cards. Currently, they are working at Neato Robotics as a Human Resources Generalist, where they manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities, provides HR support to employees, and handles employee relations and communications.
