Jason Lu, SPHR, PHR, CEAS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various HR roles. Their most recent position was as a Member of the Board of Directors at the National Human Resources Association, where they focused on advancing the development of HR professionals and thought leaders in the Bay Area.

Prior to that, Jason worked at Neato Robotics as the Director of Human Resources and also held the role of Human Resources Manager. Before Neato Robotics, they worked at SLD Laser as a Senior Human Resources Supervisor, where they were promoted within 4 months of joining the company. Jason also served as a Human Resources Supervisor and HR Business Partner at the company.
