Chad Roberts has had a diverse range of work experiences in various industries. Starting with their most recent role at Scholastic as a Warehouse Supervisor, they have shown expertise in strategic planning, team development, and achieving exceptional results. Prior to that, at Nebraska Furniture Mart, they held positions such as On-Call Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Lead, Furniture Repair Specialist, Touch-Up Specialist, and Customer Pickup Dock Specialist. In these roles, they contributed to operational efficiency, seamless customer experiences, and ensuring high-quality standards. While at Pinnacle Construction, Chad worked as a Cost Estimator, where they provided accurate estimates for construction projects and emphasized precision and adherence to project requirements. At Mutual of Omaha Bank, they served as a Mortgage Loan Funding Admin II and focused on accurate loan processing and compliance with regulatory procedures. Chad Roberts holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan Community College. Chad completed their secondary education at Papillion-Lavista High School. In addition to their formal education, Chad has obtained several certifications, including First Responder and First Responder/Defibrillation from the National Safety Council - Nebraska Chapter in 2021, a Certified Master Loan Processor from the National Association of Mortgage Processors in 2013, and a Notary Public qualification from the State of Nebraska in 2010.
