Jessie Friend

Jessie Friend is a seasoned Sr. Talent Advisory Analyst at Nebraska Medicine since October 2018, specializing in strategic talent management and collaboration with managers to enhance employee retention, engagement, and performance. Previously, Jessie held roles at Clarkson College, including Onboarding and Engagement Sr. Analyst, where responsibilities involved mentoring Student Ambassadors, and as an Admissions Counselor focused on student relationships in healthcare. Experience also includes serving as a Student Outreach Coordinator at Aureus Medical Group, providing career resources to nursing students, and a Quality Assurance Intern at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has demonstrated leadership as Vice President of Membership for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women.
