David Dales

David Dales has extensive experience in legal and educational roles, currently serving as a Sr. Staff Attorney at Nebraska Public Power District since April 1988. Prior positions include Corporate Attorney/Litigation Attorney at IBP INC and Associate Attorney at Bauer, Galter, Geier, & Flowers. Dales also contributed to education as an instructor at Grand Island Senior High and Fremont Senior High, specializing in American Literature, American History, and Minority Studies. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Master of Arts (MA) in American Studies from the University of Wyoming, among other qualifications in American history and English.
