Simon Pestana

Simon Pestana is currently the Global HR Systems and Service Leader at NEC Enterprise Solutions, where Simon manages the technical configuration and governance of NEC's SuccessFactors for global employees. Previously, Simon held roles such as Head of HRIS at Maximus UK and People & Culture Technology Director at Discovery Inc. Their experience also includes various HRIS and HR-related roles at companies such as KONE, Kingston Communications, and Blue Arrow. Simon holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CIPD) from Brooklands College, and a BA Hons in Social Sciences from Solent University.
