Jerome Olaso

Jerome Olaso has over 18 years of experience in retail management. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Store Manager for Gap Inc./Banana Republic. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Store Manager for Blue Tulip. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Store Manager for Tommy Hilfiger, where they grew sales volume from $8M to $10M in one year. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Victoria's Secret, where they successfully led the company's 2nd largest store on Robson St. in Vancouver, BC, with a volume of $30M with 200+ employees and 15 leadership members. Jerome grew sales in Vancouver within six months by 10%. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Athleta as an Area Sales Manager and General Manager. Since 2018, they have been the Executive Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at Nectar Bath Treats, where they are responsible for the growth and development of all home office and field retail executives. Jerome has improved the brand's efficiency that impacted P&L performance, authored the company's Standard Operating Procedures Manual, Employee Handbook, Interview, Orientation, On-boarding guides, and human resource policies, and led the entire company's leaders through a leadership development program.
