Sean Billings

Sean Billings has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sean began their career in 2014 as a Software Engineer Intern at Larus Technologies, where they worked on computational intelligence and natural language processing systems. In 2016, they joined Amazon as a Software Development Engineer. Sean then moved to Spherical Defence Labs LLC as a Research Engineer before joining Arup as a Senior Engineer in 2019. In 2020, they co-founded OutPoint and also worked as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First. Currently, they are working as the CTO at Nectar First.

Sean Billings has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa, obtained between the years 2011 and 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, which they completed between 2017 and 2018.
