Jaap Bakker

Jaap Bakker is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Since October 2019, Jaap serves as the IT Application Manager at NEDCON. Concurrently, from March 2017, Jaap has held the position of Product Owner/OPS Engineer for Chaintesting Payments at ING and has been with ING Nederland since July 2003, undertaking several roles including Ops Engineer, Manager of Service & Chain Management, and Manager of Infrastructure. Previous experience includes working as a System Specialist at Twinsoft from 1992 to 2003 and in multiple ICT functions at KPN from 1994 to 2001. Jaap Bakker holds a Master’s degree in ICT Management from Middlesex University and has a comprehensive educational background in IT and management from various institutions.
