Hanneke van Maanen

Hanneke Van Maanen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR manager for transformation and strategic HR business partner for IT at NS since March 2021. Previously, Hanneke held various positions at Rabobank from July 2006 to March 2021, including management development consultant, where responsibilities included succession planning for senior management, talent development, and executive coaching. Hanneke also contributed as an HR consultant for RaboPartnerships in Albania, focusing on enhancing HR processes, and served as senior project manager for HR organizational change. Educationally, Hanneke holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and has completed several coaching and management programs.
