Dorothee van Dongen

Dorothee van Dongen is an experienced jurist with a strong background in administrative law and patient advocacy. Currently, Dorothee serves as a jurist at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa), focusing on the Open Government Act. Previous roles include membership and secretarial positions on the Clients' Council at Albert Schweitzer Hospital, providing patient-centered advice. Dorothee has also contributed to digital skills development as a facilitator at de Bibliotheek AanZet and offered social and legal counsel as an advisor at Stichting de Buitenwacht Dordrecht. Additional experience encompasses legal and social support roles at various organizations, including FNV and Waterschap Hollandse Delta. Dorothee holds a Master's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
