Mike Sinclair

Mike Sinclair has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Mike started their career in 1981 at Quincy Savings Bank, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President in the Secondary Market department until 1994. Mike then moved on to Abington Savings Bank as the Vice President of the Secondary Market. In 1995, they joined Hingham Institution for Savings as the Vice President of Retail Lending, a role they held until 2018. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Lending at Needham Bank, where they were promoted to Executive Vice President in July 2020.

Mike Sinclair completed their Diploma at Sacred Heart High School, Weymouth in 1980. Mike then earned an Associates degree in Banking Management from New England College of Finance in 1988. Mike later graduated from the National School of Banking at Fairfield University in 1994 before completing their MBA in Banking at Fairfield University in 2003.
