Hardeep Jassal

Hardeep Jassal possesses extensive experience in behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions, currently working as a BCBA at Needham Public Schools since September 2017, where principles of ABA are applied to enhance social, academic, and language skills. Previously, Hardeep held roles at Accept Education Collaborative as a Home-Based Therapist/Supervisor and at Natick Public Schools as both a Behavior Technician and BCBA, focusing on data analysis and program development for daily living skills. Additional experience includes mentoring children with disabilities at Partners for Youth with Disabilities and providing employment and case management services as an Employment Specialist at Project Place. Hardeep has been involved in various volunteer positions, including as a Child Life Specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Counselor/Teacher with Eckerd Youth Alternatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Education from UMass Boston and multiple graduate certificates related to autism and social-emotional learning from Fitchburg State University and Bridgewater State University.
