Chris Capablanca is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and operations analysis. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Needle & Thread since November 2021 and a Senior Operations Analyst at Sainsbury's since October 2018, Chris previously held roles as a Quant Project Manager at Hall & Partners and a self-employed individual focused on outreach and volunteering. Earlier experience includes positions at QBE Europe as a Process Excellence Specialist and ITSM Project Manager, and as a Transition Project Manager at QBE Insurance. Chris began a career in market research with Research Now SSI, progressing from Market Researcher to Project Manager. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
