Pauline Levigne

Pauline Levigne currently serves as DRH at NEEL-TRIMARANS GROUP since March 2023. Previously, from 2013 to November 2022, Pauline held the position of Responsable de projets RH at an organisme du secteur de la santé, where responsibilities included training management, recruitment, project management related to integration pathways, corporate social responsibility (RSE), and the redesign of annual reviews, alongside advising managers and implementing quality of life at work initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Consultante en organisation at Sémaphores Entreprises / Groupe Alpha Secafi from April 2007 to January 2012, focusing on HR audits, organizational analysis, and change management initiatives. Pauline holds a Master in Management et Ingénierie Économique with a specialization in employment expertise from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, obtained in 2007.
