Megan Ruffing

Megan Ruffing is an experienced educator with a focus on literacy intervention and Montessori education. Currently serving as a Literacy Interventionist for Neenah Joint School District since August 2021, Megan previously worked as a Children's House Montessori Guide at Galabagos International Montessori School and as a Primary/Early Childhood Montessori Teacher within Milwaukee Public Schools. Early career roles include Senior High School Admissions Representative at Bryant & Stratton College, where success in recruiting and marketing was achieved, and a Paraprofessional at Milwaukee Public Schools, managing classroom order in a Montessori environment. Additional experience includes coordination of after-school and continuing education programs at UMOS. Megan holds a Bachelor's of Science in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
