Michiel Boer

Michiel Boer possesses extensive experience in process engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Process Engineering & LSS at Neenah since August 2020. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Michiel founded OpstaB, focusing on process stabilization and continuous improvement, in August 2019. Previous roles include Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist at Royal FrieslandCampina, Advanced Consultant Enterprise Performance at Altran, and Operational Excellence Facilitator at Bavaria. Michiel has also contributed as a Process Implementer at DEME Group and as a Process Improvement Consultant and Lean Specialist at Brink's. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and a Greenbelt certification in Lean Manufacturing from Bace / Volantgroep.
