Scott Maxey has over three decades of experience in retail and logistics management, demonstrating expertise in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and team leadership. Currently, as Manager of Warehouse Operations at Nehemiah Manufacturing Company, Scott oversees the organization and flow of goods, manages inventory control, and ensures compliance with safety procedures while fostering employee development. Previous roles include Traffic Coordinator/Logistics Manager, where Scott streamlined shipping processes and coordinated logistics, and various positions at Macy's, including Manager of L&D Design and District Planner, where accomplishments included increasing sales and improving operational efficiency across multiple store locations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Marketing from The Ohio State University.
