Jonathon Defaria Pe, Crc

Jonathon Defaria, PE, CRC, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at NEI General Contracting since November 2020, having previously held the role of Project Manager. Jonathon is also the Owner of Defaria Homes LLC, a residential contracting business established in January 2014, specializing in contractor coordination, remodeling, build outs, and various construction services. Prior experience includes working as a Construction Estimator for Walt Disney World from March 2017 to November 2020 and as a Civil Engineer II focused on earthwork at Kiewit between March 2010 and December 2013, where responsibilities included budget management and scheduling. Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2004 and 2009.
