Liam Moylan

Liam Moylan is a Multifamily Project Manager at NEI General Contracting, responsible for a 72-unit low-income multifamily housing development in Lakeland, Florida since August 2021. Previously, at Barton Malow, Liam was a Project Manager involved in the $100M+ Epcot Project S (Guardians of the Galaxy), overseeing themed interior elements, subcontractor management, and off-site fabrication. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager and Lead Estimator at MLC THEMING, INC., where Liam managed multiple projects valued between $1-$6M and implemented strategies for safety and budget adherence. Additionally, at Mulalley & Co. Ltd, Liam worked as an Assistant/Project Quantity Surveyor. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University and an Associate's degree in Building Studies from The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London.
