Deborah Weiss

Deborah Weiss has a long and varied work experience. Deborah began their career in 2007 as a Teacher and Team Manager at Brigham Young University. In 2010, they joined the United Way of Utah County as a Help Me Grow Client Support and Operations Manager. That same year, they also became an AmeriCorps VISTA/United Way of Utah County, a full-time volunteer position dedicated to fighting poverty. In 2014, they became a BYU MBA Candidate, Student Mentor, Recruiting Manager. In 2015, they took on two roles, a Grantwell Field Study Consultant at the Walmart Foundation and an Intern - Consultant at Bank of America. Deborah then joined Grow.com in 2016 as a Certified Partner Program Manager, Head of Customer Success - EMEA, Product Marketing Manager, and Grow Data Consultant. In 2019, they became a Product Manager at WeWork, and in 2020, they joined Teem by iOFFICE + SpaceIQ as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Senior Product Manager at Neighbor.

Deborah Weiss obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature from Brigham Young University in 2010. In 2013, they attended the Social Innovation Seminar: Entrepreneurship and Ethical Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management and Strategy from Brigham Young University. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a certification in Building Your Marketing Technology Stack from Lynda.com.
