Lisa Killingsworth

Lisa Killingsworth is a Licensed Master Social Worker Supervisor currently managing a caseload of 197 residents at the Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs, while also facilitating monthly staff trainings. In addition to this role, Lisa serves as an Adjunct Field Lecturer at Columbia University's School of Social Work. Previous experience includes working as a Clinical Social Worker at New Alternatives for Children, where client assessments and treatment progress were analyzed. Lisa has also held leadership roles at Read Alliance, where literacy programs were expanded nationally, and has gained significant experience in social media management and educational support through various positions, including Americorps Member and social work internships. Lisa holds a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Wayne State University.
