Megan Stanbro

Megan Stanbro, LNHA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Blackrock Pharmacy until 2007. From 2003 to 2015, they held various roles at Elderwood Senior Care at Woodmark Pharmacy, including Pharmacy Technician, Supervisor, and Operations Coordinator. In 2015, they became the Pharmacy Billing Manager at Elderwood, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Megan served as the Assistant Administrator at ELDERWOOD AT CHEEKTOWAGA. Currently, they are the Practice Manager at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. and holds the role of Director of Operations. Megan's extensive experience in pharmacy operations and healthcare management positions their well for their current leadership role.

Megan Stanbro obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mediallle College in 2019. Megan completed their Bachelor of Art degree in Biotechnology at Buffalo State University from 2009 to 2012. Megan also received an Associate in Science degree in Liberal Arts from Erie Community College between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Long Term Care Administration/Management and a Certificate in Health Services Administration from D'Youville University. Megan Stanbro became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2020.
