Van Nielsen

Van Nielsen currently serves as Compliance Manager at Neighborhood Health Center, focusing on FQHC and HRSA compliance, policy development, and online learning initiatives since July 2020. Previously, Van held the position of Director of Compliance and Risk, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with HRSA, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies. Prior experience includes consulting at Community Link Consulting from 2013 to 2020, specializing in grant writing for FQHC-related applications and aiding organizations in obtaining grantee status. Van also worked as a Maintenance Technician at NAI Black from 2011 to 2013 and started the career as a Parks Laborer for the City of Medical Lake from 2004 to 2010. Van holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Eastern Washington University.
