Vijay Pattabhiraman

Vijay Pattabhiraman has a strong background in healthcare analytics and risk adjustment. Vijay currently holds the position of Vice President of Healthcare Analytics at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, where they have been since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Risk Adjustment at the same company from April 2019 to February 2021. Before joining Neighborhood Health Plan, Vijay worked as the Senior Director of Predictive Analytics at Bright Health from March 2018 to April 2019. Vijay also has experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they served as the Director of Enterprise Risk Adjustment Analytics from October 2015 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, Vijay held various roles at Travelers, including Senior Director of Management Information from September 2010 to September 2015. Vijay also worked at Northwest Airlines as a Senior SAS Developer and at Merck Research Laboratories as a Senior SAS Consultant.

Vijay Pattabhiraman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Madras during the period of 1991-1995. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Applied Statistics and Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2014 to 2018.
